Product Details
Business partners Parker and Miles have just launched their local landscaping company, GreenThumb Lawn and Design (GreenThumb). Their meetings with potential customers have resulted in multiple job offers varying by geographic location, services required, pricing, and the potential for follow-on business. The partners must now decide whether to accept all the work offered given their business strategy, estimated operating expenses, workload, and the possibility of hiring an assistant to complete all jobs satisfactorily and on time. Even so, their calculation of the season's projected earnings versus expenses leads them to consider expanding the business into cold weather and related services. As they grapple with their decisions, they wonder: Will GreenThumb survive until next year?
