This case explores the transition of 3i Infotech Limited becoming a digital ecosystem orchestrator in the international market from a software services provider based out of India. As a new CEO took over the company in 2021, the company has been forced to offload its products division while the services/ transactions business stagnates. With senior executives leaving the company in bad times, he is tasked with reviving the company while massive shifts are happening in the technology landscape.
