Drawing on current industry practices, this technical note explores the integration of generative AI (genAI) into user experience (UX) research and design, as well as genAI's potential to accelerate workflows, enhance inclusivity, and support creative ideation. Although genAI offers speed and automation, it also raises ethical, methodological, and strategic concerns.
