Product Details
Over the last two decades, no design job in tech has grown more than user experience (UX) design, the process of creating increasingly better user interfaces for a particular product experience. The economics of digital products are such that even relatively minor successes in UX design drive major economic gains for a company. Any substantial general management work that has a digital UX component requires at least a basic understanding of the discipline’s fundamentals, and this note will help you gain that understanding. In this note, you’ll learn about the operational context of UX design as well as the fundamentals of practicing it. We’ll pay special attention to the key linkages with general management through readily understandable and discussable design artifacts like user stories, and also how to use AI tools to support the work of UX design.
