Product Details

THAAD was a kinetic-energy weapon designed to protect the United States against enemy missile attack. This case is about how a strategic sourcing project ran into trouble and what options could be pursued to rescue the project, given the multiple stakeholders involved. The (B) case presents what actually happened.
