Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data. By selecting “Forget Me,” you are requesting that we delete your account and all associated data from our system.

What this means:

• All of your personal data will be permanently deleted, including:
  • Your account information
  • Your purchase history
  • Any saved preferences or content.
• This action is irreversible — once deleted, your information cannot be recovered.
• You will no longer be able to log in with your email and password.

Please note:

• Download any purchases before making this request. Once your data is deleted, we cannot retrieve them for you.
• We process these requests to ensure compliance with GDPR and other global privacy laws.

Special information for faculty users:

• Any course packs you’ve created will be permanently disabled and deleted.
• Students will no longer be able to purchase your course packs.
• However, students who have already purchased your course packs will retain access. Their content will not be affected.
