A week after the first meeting, the Chief Engineer, Public Health Division, Patna, Bihar wanted to have a second meeting to discuss the development of a network diagram. In this meeting, he requested all the stakeholders to attend the meeting and discussed how the network diagram can be developed with precedence relationship. He organised a third meeting with the stakeholders of the project and discussed in detail the activities and sub-activities involved in the project, the time required to complete each level-2 activity and the precedence relationship of level-2 activities. This case explains how theory and practice can be merged in real projects.
