S.R. Pandey, Superintending Engineer (SE), Rural Roads Department, Patna, Bihar wanted to meet all the agencies involved, to discuss his project in the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY). Pandey and his team consisting of two of his executive engineers, R.K. Choubey and S.K. Chatterjee, Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) and the main contractor for this project, Ram Kripal Singh met to have a detailed discussion on the activities in the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the PMGSY project. The discussion in the meeting consisted of the completion duration of each activity and the completion of the whole project. The meeting also consisted of a discussion on project scheduling and cost/budget planning.
