Product Details
It was 2010, and Raphael and Minerva Salazar wanted funding to expand their animal husbandry support services business. They believed the time was right to pursue a bigger share of the expanding market for government, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology contracts with research labs. Albert Molina was a commercial loan officer with General National Bank who was trying to grow his portfolio of loans to Latinx businesses. He has been working with the Salazars, who exhibit good creditworthiness but have grown their business in unconventional ways. Molina must decide the best way to bring the Salazars' loan request to his superiors at the bank.
